Jennings is a good heavyweight, but too small and not skilled enough to **** with Wladimir. I don't like this fight. Jennings should look for a fight against Cunningham or just wait for Wilder/Stiverne winner

If this is the route Jennings chooses to go, I hope he doesn't absorb too much punishment and can become a player in the post-Wlad heavyweight era.

He's developed remarkably quick considering how late he came to the sport (like Algieri), but also like Algieri, it's just too early for him to mess with the best of the best. Props to him for taking the chance if this goes through, regardless.

good post. Maybe he just appears smaller than he really is because of how ripped he is. I still think like you mentioned that he's no experienced enough. He got into boxing in his 20's also

I dont think anyone with just 20 fights should challenge Wlad.
Wlad has had 18 consecutive title fights and unified 3 titles.
The gap in experience is just overwhelming. Jennings has been a pro for only 5 years.

But Jennings has a tremendous reach in addition to good speed, power and reflexes. And what i like most about Jennings are his drive and attention to defence.

I think Jennings is a worthy challanger but he ultimately lacks the experience and time needed to learn and excell in the sweet science.

Doesn't Wlad already make ten million a fight in Germany? He made like twenty million for the Haye and Povetkin fights. Why would he come to the US for less money?

:yep All he needs right now is experience. I wonder if he should take this fight at the moment. Its probably a win win but he could get brutally KOd.

5,8 + 4 = 9,8 mil + commercials, revenue, gate, other TV rights and stuff = obviously well over 10 mil.

I'm just not sure whether it's in dollars or euros though. He's been mentioning the euro-dollar difference working in his favor. The base purse was definitely in dollars, while the 4 mil (or even more now?) from RTL are euros I think.

Jennings should take the fight in a second. He has nothing to lose. If he runs the whole fight then he doesnt take much punishment and can fight on. If he comes to fight and gets koed(this will happen) then he gets experience against an ATG heavyweight and a nice payday. So no difference scenario a or b he can be a player in the post wladi era, make good money and get great experience. For Wlad this fight is also great. He will look destructive by dismanteling Jennings in the States and will raise his profile again. Nice build up to the stiverne Wlad all marbles unification fight. Imagine after povetkin, pulev Wlad goes on and beats Jennings, stiverne and fury at age 38 - 39. that would be ****ing greatness
