Some folk just can't make decisions / take a stand..

I know a chap (admittedly he's messed up by dropping way too much acid in the 90's) can't make a decision on anything. He can literally take 5 minutes over the most ridiculously stupid decisions. Such as which way to turn out of the drive when he takes his mutt for a walk (inevitably the dog decides).
