Droping weight and firming up

    I have dropped 120-125 lbs in less than a year and I'd like to drop 50 more to get to 200lbs. My problem I am having is I'm getting alot of loose skin, Is there a way to tighten it up but keep dropping weight?

    Lift weights and eat clean?

    That's what I'm doing now I need to eat better than what I'm doing now I'll admit. I been lifting more since I have no fight scheduled. I guess I'm just reading into the lifting weights gets you to bulked up for boxing.

    Cardio, burn more calories then you take in. Run, Bike (your too big) walk the treadmill.

    Yeah I might have to go that route because i drop a ton.
