Wlad has been hit on that chin like once in the last 18 fights, against Wach. Not bad for someone that stands chin chin right up in the air and can't slip punches.

Will be caught bull rushing/wind milling and, sadly to say, because he has a chin that has been cracked by Dustin Nichols and Harold Scoiners, he may not get back up once hit by a champ who has both one of the hardest crosses and one of the best hooks ever.

If this fight ever happens then I doubt Wilder will be rushing in, swinging without a care, from the outset. To do so against Wlad would almost certainly spell an early defeat for Wilder. Wilder will be paying Wlad due respect, if he's wise.

We'll see if Wilder can get past Stiverne (and show us something new in the process). A unification bout between Wilder and Klitschko would be an intriguing prospect.

DKSAB definitely applies to people like you. There is a lot more to a boxer than just how many punches he throws. Whilst not without his flaws, Wlad has superb footwork and feel for range, amongst the best in heavyweight history. His technique for the punches that he throws is near perfect and handspeed for such a big powerful guy is excellent.

 

Where did I say that he is good at slipping punches? His ability to control distance and his clinching up close makes it extremely difficult to land a punch on him, I can think of only one significant punch since the first Peter fight.

Also to say that he stands up there with his chin in the air is just plain wrong, his weak chin is better protected than Fort Knox these days.

He was AFRAID of Kelvim Price FFS. Jsaon Gavern FFS. Nicolai Firtha FFS. So, all the sudden he's gonna come into the ring with a guy who hasnt been down in 10 yrs, won 20 some consecutive fights, is equal to or greater in size than he is, and known worldwide as one the heaviest hitters in history.

Wlad KOs Champions, Contenders, and undefeated fighters. Guys his size and bigger. Yet Wilders best win was over Liakovich. Who badly underestimated him.
