he was up at the count of 10...that's the requirement. he wasn't falling all over himself. there was no threat that he would be immediately KO'd. there was no stop-worthiness to this fight.

No a single referee can't screw up a fighters career only the fighter can do that. Chris was outmatched in every single department and only managed to squeak one round from Pac (maybe im being generous here)

And it's not like it was going to matter in the end anyways.

The reff did make it obvious he was in it to favor pac, but he got The hint that pac didn't need his help after a few rounds . The "low blows" were terrible calls and so were the 2 slips. Reff was trash but it wouldn't have mattered as Manny won easy.

You're right, all the KDs are fake.

OK, at least you're objective enough to acknowledge that the ref had some issues....i'm not saying algieri would have won. i'm saying that when you're in the 4th round and you're down 4 points it's different from being down 7 points. f you're algieri and you feel like you're not getting a break from the ref and as a result you're facing a huge deficit, you fight differently....algieri's plan was to outbox pac and sweep the last half of the fight. you know, the half that matters more. but he was put in a situation where he had to KO pac or hurt him seriously which changed his whole strategy...all because the ref can't tell a slip or a push from a KD and boxing doesn't use instant replay to adjudicate these things.

"Floyd would".....Well damn it.....Why doesn't he just step up and do it already instead of just duckin the man who is and has been calling him out, jumping through hoops and accepting all his demands?:rofl

Oh....and yea...the ref definitley changed the entire fight and pretty much gave it to Manny. Another ref would have produced the right outcome which was obviously a Chris Algeri win.

woulda, shoulda....nobody knows what woulda happened if the ref hadn't called the first three KDs. it's possible algieri outboxes pacman and wins a decision. this is one of the reasons why boxing has rematches.

With another ref, it would have 6 knock downs for Algieri!

the difference between being down 9 points after the 6th round and being down 6 points is that with a 9 point deficit you can't win except by KO or by mutliple KD. with 6 points, you can at least get a draw if you just win the last 6 rounds...so, your strategy is completely different. that's why boxing needs refs with good judgement or at least instant replay.
