it does not matter if floyd was right or wrong about pac being on ped's but he felt he was and all he asked was for blood testing (that they both would take obviously) pac had big issues with the date and floyd (who initially asked for no cutoff) was willing to negotiate i believe it ended with pac asking 24 or 21 days and floyd 14? if pac would not budge on that why should floyd fight him?
