I would say Pacquiao is a lot better than Maidana, being that Pacquiao is in the pound for pound elite and Maidana is a glorified journeyman.

If they fight, it will be a trilogy..... or at least like Maidana two fights. Pac will make the first one close, and people will demand a rematch

Neither one needs the other. Regardless, once they start negotiating who gets the lion share the talks will fall apart. That's one of the stumbling blocks each time they negotiate.

i agree. even if pac loses the fight but it's close, there still be a huge demand for a rematch

    floyd just recently rematches maidana

**** that is a win win for all bro. We get to see them fight twice after all these years of waiting plus they bank enough cash to NEVER box again and retire.
    Cool

Where is the source? If they fought and Pac won, unless he won in circumstances where he didn't deserve, it would be the end of Floyd Mayweather's career, if that 0 goes, he's gone.

Pac also had a rematch clause against chris . There usually is a rematch clause in huge fights.

    Any way

Rematch!! But but but but the *******s said floyd was scared! Now he is open to rematch??????

Edit: no proof of creditable source. Disregard this post.

I would think a fight of this magnitude would automatically be set for 2 with options for a third. Nothing wrong with a rematch clause, they should both demand it.
