JMM is the greater fighter hands down. JMM is a master boxer with a high ring IQ. Pac is obviously not the smartest person and just wild in the ring. Pac looks very amateurish at times especially when walking right into a dynamite right hand. :deal

That's right walking in, It wasn't Marquez's power. Marquez couldn't even drop Pacquiao once in their previous 3 fights.

Pacquiao is in a better situation in now than Marquez who is 1-1 since his first win over Pacquiao. While on the other hand you have Pacquiao who is the 147 WBO Champion and is 3-0 since his KO Loss to Marquez.

Too bad Marquez couldn't get that 147 Title from Bradley. :deal

    JMM all day long.
    He won all 3 fights.
    3 bad decisions.
Then he knocked Pac out cold.
    He is greater by far.

I doubt even Juan's own family think he's a greater boxer, in the historical sense, than Manny. Globally it seems Manny will be the most iconic boxer of this generation hands-down anyway.

As for H2H, Manny has changed up his approach enough that Juan should be very leery of trying to duplicate KTFO6. As it was, Juan was fortunate that he found that punch when he did since Manny was beating the Cosby kids out of him that night.

Walking in, running in, shelling up, on the ropes, hands down... it doesn't matter. KTFO6 is KTFO6.

What about when he dropped Pacquiao in round three??? And don't try to say Pac walked into that one.

Did you watch any of the fight?

Do you pretend the third round never happened or what?

Now is due to the fact Juan's early career was handled very very poorly?

The poll says it all. But jmm is also a great fighter, pac is just greater. But in fairness to the juantards, jmm dared to be great and is greater than floyd.

Pacquiao will rightfully go down as the greater fighter as he's got names on his resume that JMM can't beat but is not the case the other way around. JMM is simply a stylistic nightmare for Pacquiao and is greater head to head IMO

Even in Mexico people love Morales and Barrera more than Marquez.

Pac and it's not even close.

Marquez's resume lacks the sheer depth of Pac's. Yes JMM always gives Pac a very tough fight. I had JMM losing the first fight, winning the 2nd fight, drawing the 3rd and of course winning the 4th. But all that proves is that he has the style to trouble Pac. Does Norton rank higher than Ali and Bowe over Holyfield?

Look at their respective performances against the same fighters. Pac beat Barerra more convincingly and beat Bradley in both fights (judges got scoring wrong in first fight) while JMM lost convincingly to Bradley.

It's not even debatable Pac has by far the better resume, he just struggles with JMM's style.
