OK fine, lets use TBR- the 'consensus' best rankings according to you while trying to argue Maidana was a great name because it had him rated the highest when he fought Mayweather.

A quick count of the top 5 or Champion and top 4, I got 8 UK fighters and 14 US fighters- further proving my point. And yes, that includes counting your hero Mayweather twice and counting inactive Ward.
