So basically he cant lose this fight. if hes stronger, a better boxer, faster, smarter. And if he has his dads chin, BJS might aswell not turn up.

The closer we get the more I think Chris Jnr is going to
    Wipe him out tbh.

You speak some sense. Apart from the use of the term 'cherry pick'. Guy who has not even fought at a decent domestic level cherry picks Euro/Brit champion? come on

As long as I'm watching boxing, and that's a long time, the one thing that managers of hot prospects like Eubank fear and avoid like the plague is a PUNCHER.
The one thing BJS is not, is....a puncher.
That's why he was specially selected as Eubanks break-out fight.

The Eubanks are fast-tracking their man against a high profile but (they think/hope) "safe" opponent. They prob figure, worst case scenario, BJS wins on points. Not the end of the world. Eubank can claim " I wasnt ready", back to the drawing board, a few rebuilding fights, and he's young enough to come again, his pride and credibility intact.

But...what if BJS turns out to be WAY better? What if BJS Stops Eubank, or wins every single round?

Does anyone know if the 100k bet went through or not? In the press conference they speak about it but not seen if it has been confirmed

I was surprised that this fight got made when it did given the gulf (on paper) between the two

I take your points, just not sure about using 'cherry pick' in this context. A cherry pick gone wrong is like Provodnikov vs Algieri.

Part of me think that the Eubanks wouldn't have took this fight if they didn't think they were going to win.

Also, the same part of me think that although BJS (on paper) looks levels ahead of Eubank, Eubank might just be too much of a physical powerhouse for Billy. And if Billy loses it's the wake up call to go down to LMW.

Then again why would BJS take this fight if he thought he would lose?

    It's a seriously intriguing fight. A real 50/50.

Eubank is also in better physical condition and he's arguably the bigger man in the ring too. Eubank also fights equally well with both hands whereas Saunders is primarily a right handed (lead hand southpaw) fighter.

I agree with this and think Eubank will win, I also want him to win.

John Ryder is very strong himself, maybe stronger than eubanks. But still found it very hard to land on Saunders, i dont think eubanks can bulldoze his way through. Saunders on form is a slick southpaw, hard to hit clean with good handspeed.

Absolute nonsense. The guy has grown up fighting, he will be rubbing his hands at getting in there.

What are their fellow pros saying. All these guys spar one another. Who does Blackwell, Ryder, Macklin, Murray, McKewan etc say will win? It's them we should be going by...

Blackwell picks bjs easy. The one common opponent bradley pryce picks eubank even though billy beat him up more than eubank.Macklin picks bjs but with gym connection he would do.
