Wlad being #2 shows that nobody remembers the original meaning of P4P, which is to determine the best regardless of weight class.

Good call about Gonzalez. It's a shame the little guys get overlooked, same with Ricardo Lopez.

    Here is your answer:

I like Manny, but he has lost 3 times (probably should be only 2, Bradley fight) since Wlad has been on his unbeaten streak.

Never said he wasn't but he was always overlooked and had lesser talented fighters above him.

He was always in the lower tier of the top 10 p4p.

    1. He beat Morales twice after that loss back in 2005. In the 3rd fight , Pac annihilated him.

    2. Bradley I was a robbery. Pac then beat him again when he was ranked in the p4p top 5.

    3. He lost to Marquez - another top 10 p4p'er- having beaten him twice already.

Since 2005 he has beaten 7 , I repeat Seven fighters rated in the p4p top ten.
Many of them hall of famers and ATGs.

Name me one guy Wlad beat who was ever in the P4P top 10 or who is a hall of famer or ATG??

He wasnt always in the lower tier. He got up to #3 p4p. Considering many of his defenses were against guys with less than 20 pro fights thats very impressive to be recognized for. My point is that you saying he was overlooked is false. Hes been given his duebcredit both during and after his career. You obviously didnt know that. :-(

When a fighter of Lopez's calibre is fighting on a undercard along with Christy Martin and Martin is getting more acknowledgement by the general public and getting the bigger payday then that sir is being both undervalued and over looked.

But you obviously didn't know that trying to be a clever **** did you.

You obviously dont know the difference between popularity and recognition. Popularity is someone like Arturo Gatti. Promoters loved him because the fans loved him. This was in spite of him never being recognized as one of the best. Lopez wasnt extremely popular because of the majority of fighters he fought werent well know, it had nothing to do with the recognition he was given by experts and die hards. The point ive already proven, and the annual ratings prove this, is you dont know what you're talking about and are trying to backtrack and make it about something else. 8 years as a top 10 p4p fighter...THAT is recognition. That he wasnt as popular is irrelevant. :hi:
