    He was elite at 140, I'm not convinced he is at 147. Fortunately for him, Top Rank has no access to any true quality welters, so he apparently gets to be continuously regarded as a top 3 welter when his best and only notable win there is over a guy who spent his career multiple divisions below that limit.

    If Bradley never fought Pacquiao, this poll would go from 55/45 in favor of Floyd to 80/20 Floyd.
