Anyone going to this? Coming over from guernsey with my brother to watch it

 

IBF World Featherweight title fight between holder Evgeny 'The Russian Mexican' Gradovich vs unbeaten and heavily touted Jayson 'The Marvaless one' Velez.

 

Should be a good nights viewing

It's going to be a 20,000 sell out crowd so the atmosphere will be amazing especially for the Eubank-BJS fight.

Whole card is fantastic though, best in years for me and bound to have at least one FOTY contender on it.

Cheers. we booked as soon as the tickets were on sale, going to the weigh in too. Just wandered if anyone else was going to meet up
and have a beer, not used to london being from guernsey an all.

 

Not sure but probably as he'd get decapitated by Nicolas Walters and Jhonny Gonzalez and lose every second to Lomochenko, Gradovich is the weakest of the 4 Featherweight champs but still a tough ask for someone like Selby.

They don't seem to do meet-ups on this forum from what i've seen. I have seen meet up posts for the big fights on the Boxrec, Boxing scene and Check hook boxing British forums so worth having a look there to see if any one is arranging something.

 

Is there any decent bars and clubs around that way do you know?

Lee Selby is mandatory for the winner of Gradovich vs Velez. Will probably get the fight in March-April time.

 

Only two fights I'm interested in, the BJS and Sykes' fights.

Everything else will be horrendously boring.

 

Most posters on here appear to be alts. A meetup would most likely be 3 people max.
