I guess beating Algieri for Pac fans is the blueprint to dethroning Floyd. I'm glad Pac got those 6 knockdowns but I haven't forgot that it came against a guy with only 20 fights, inexperienced, no power, and fighting at a catchweight. Bob A rum is bragging about the 6 knockdowns saying it's more than Floyd has had in years...but Floyd isn't fighting inexperienced junior welterweights. Floyd faced some adversity with Maidana and while some say he must be slowing down if Chino gave him a rough fight...I say no, chino is just a much better fighter than Algieri...Floyd coming off two outings with Maidana actually gets him much better prepared for Manny than Chris does for Floyd. I hope the fight happens but Manny better get some good sparring partners cause I don't think he realizes what he is up against in Mayweather.
