Exactly! Pacquiao's PPV's are stinking up the joint now, the buys are awful, and so now all of a sudden he's calling Mayweather out when he should have done that pre Marquez 3, not to mention he's allready been KTFO since then.

Pacquiao is a man with a history of saying, "anytime, anywhere," and then waiting years to fight such a fighter.

Again idiots are arguing, discussing and pointing out imaginary "ducks" while discussing fighting from two separate networks and promotions. Quite similar to the idiots arguing that Middleweights are ducking Light Heavyweights.

YET Roach and Ariza both say it is Pacroid who ducked Floyd. Ducking the test was all Pacroid. The outdoor stadium, the Pacroid ****** which wouldn't heal ...

    facts are FACTS not opinions

Who cares what Manny says its not up to him! It's up to his promoter so let's take a look at what he has had to say over the years about the fight.

"Even a 50/50 split with Mayweather is nonsense." - 5/31/09

"Mayweather knows Manny's phobia for giving blood, and he's using that to get out of the fight." - 12/23/09

"He [Pacquiao] doesn't want to do it [give blood] when he's in training, but he'll do it prior to going into training, and after the fight." - 12/23/09

"He will subject himself to three tests; one given in January during the week the fight is formally announced, one thirty days from the fight, no later than February 13, and the final one immediately following the fight, in Manny's locker room." - 12/23/09

"We'd only do it [testing] with the Nevada Athletic Commission. But for now, Manny has asked me to move on to Malignaggi." - 12/25/09

"They made the 14 day offer and Todd sent a text message to (Pacquiao's agent) Michael Koncz in the Philippines. Five minutes later, Koncz replied and said Manny rejected that." - 01/08/10 :deal:

"The nurses sometimes can't find the vein. They keep poking and poking and poking and by the time they get the blood out, you can't move your arm for 3 days or 4 days." - 01/21/10

"If we decide we want to do a rematch with Marquez, there is no reason to sit down with Mayweather." - 11/14/11 :

"Manny needs time for that eye cut [from the Nov. 12 Marquez III bout] to heal properly." - 11/29/11

"May 5 is out for us, it can't happen, because we want to explore the idea of getting a [temporary] stadium/arena up on the streets of Las Vegas that can seat 40,000." - 01/06/12 :

"In order to maximize revenues from the fight, you have to have a stadium larger than the MGM Grand which holds 16,500." - 01/11/12

    - Bob Arum

    Hmm...

All quotes from Arum. Meanwhile you have other people that were in negotiations that say Floyd walked away. On top of all this, you can find hour long videos of Floyd lying, stuttering, throwing out every excuse in the world, and generally being uncomfortable every time Pacquiao is mentioned. Fact is, Floyd never cared about drug testing until Manny was a possible opponent. That, along with the quotes directly out of his mouth, show that something about Pac scares Floyd. At the end of the day whatever a fighters team member says don't amount to much. Manny is calling Floyd out point blank. Floyd, since 2009, has constantly backtracked on a fight with Pacquiao. My source, btw, are the words out of Floyds mouth, you know, the man that would have to get in the ring with Manny.

Why has Mayweather, who is his own promoter, constantly said that Manny is just looking for a payday. If he's looking for a payday then that must mean he's been trying to make a fight happen. It's crazy how these diehard Floyd fans ignore how he responds whenever Pacquiao is mentioned. The man has made it plainly clear that he is extremely hesitant on the idea of a Pac fight.

When you create a poll why cant you remain unbiased when giving the question? He obviously prefers fighting front foot fighters but everyone has a preference on who they want to fight. I cant agree with the first answer as it is so pathetic and its just wrong when it has been worded like that.

Other than Pacquiao and Khan, who are these fleet-footed fighters he's been avoiding?
