Fury didn't duck Pulev, he was fighting Haye. Anyway i don't think Wlad will duck Fury, but for sure this would be his hardest fight since the Haye one. Fury has all the tools to be dangerous. And he seems to be more stable and motivated than in the past. We'll see next days if and how much he has changed.
I always raise an eyebrow when someone claims that Fury can give Wlad problems. Because he does have some tools to do that but also weaknesses that prevents him from using it enough to really trouble a guy like Wlad. The "He's ducking me" bull is just a way to get some interest and trying to make sure he is the next in line after Wlad's next fight. IF he gets past current Chisora that is, wich isn't a given.
So you're saying Kubrat Pulev is more dangerous than David Haye??? Tyson Fury got the chance to fight the biggest cash cow in HW boxing (Haye), and of course went for the money. Haye is the most powerful puncher in boxing, so it's obvious that Fury isn't ducking anyone.

I can't see Wlad ducking Fury should Fury beat Chisora this weekend. Fury poses no threat to Wlad. Fury can't outbox him, if he tries his rough house tactics, he'll get out muscled by the physically far superior Wlad and with his chin and defence he'll be lucky to last as long as Pulev did.
Fury poses more threat to wlad than any other heavyweight. He's got the reach on him and If he gets inside he will be able to rough up wlad no problem.
