Manny is not going to come out blazing, and neither is Floyd.
Advantage mayweather - PAC has to try to outbox him due to the feel out process - won't happen.

Rds 4-6: Floyd uses the reach, has mannys timing down, and starts to get the jab to the body going, and the lead off right going up top. Manny still dancing on the outside trying to work his way in, which will be a difficult thing to do seeing how he really can't jab his way in. Either way he may take one of these rds. Rds 7-9 the conditioning rds - Floyd's has mannys tells and timing down, also laying traps for manny to walk into. Manny by now will be behind on scorecards, and feeling frustrated. He's is taking more risks trying to get past the jab, or weave around the lead right. Floyd is actively clinching when manny gets too close, and feeding that sneaky right uppercut to the body to mannys gut. Manny's best chance to score a kd or ko happens now, due to the in pocket fighting when Floyd draws him near.

Rds10-12 the championship rds - Floyd just moving around, staying away and boxing, the fights in the bag, just his to lose. Mannys actively chasing now, but it's a little too late, he can't cut the ring off, to get close enough to get to Floyd's chin.

After further review, neither of the too is too far past prime for this fight to happen.
