Looks to me like BJS has trained for speed and movement, while EUJ has trained for the KO. Think come fight time, EUJ will look 2 weight divisions bigger than BJS and will bull rush him to a stoppage

And on the point of EUJ power, it's only been in the last few fights that he's really set himself and thrown a string of power shots rather than going for the show real, one punch KO. I don't doubt for a second that BJS is as tough as old boots, but I think that EUJ will have more than one opportunity to really unload and I don't see BJS being able to withstand his shots indefinitely.

I've woken up in a parallel universe where Billy Joe Saunders is Darren Barker up against the new Gerald McCllelan in Eubank Junior.
Saunders won't be there for Eubank's sweeping hooks, his chin is solid, he's never been down, he's done 12 rounds 3 times, he was an international class amateur, and he's the first man Eubank has fought who's coming to win.

Yeah I think Eubank is going to stop I look for him to be huge on fight night much bigger than Billy Joe and I see Eubank catching him with some heavy shots that BJS won't be able to handle

i´ll go with saunders. eubank has athletic talent.......but boxing is not an athletic competiton.

saunders has the pedegree of a future world champion. he has been brought along the right way. eubank will lack the fundamental schooling or bjs. and he has no experience over twelve rounds. plus stylewise, bjs is a nightmare for someone like eubank.

i pick bjs by ud or late stoppage.

i totally agree. and everyone saying that "eubank being a beast of a puncher" is more than just debatable. lets face it......everyone he has knocked out, he was supposed to knock out.

its like saying don steele was "a beast of a puncher". don steele was at one point 42-0 with 42 ko´s!!!
and if you havent heard of him........well, look him up.

as i said in another post if eubank jr such a beast why he not taking out a weletrweight in bradley pryce with ten days notice out in the first and striking his daddy pose?

i totally agree. im a boxer myself and i wont say i know it all, but after all these years i think i can spot a dynamite hitter.

now i have looked at all the available footage on eubank jr, and he does not come across as a massive puncher. look at his fights: he has his one punch knockout here and there........but usually against much smaller and unkown guys. guys that actually seemed somewhat scared to fight him and were not looking to win.

the vast majority of his wins by "KO" were of the technical kind. usually again against outclassed and unwilling opponents with the ref stopping the fight after having taken several rounds of onesided punishment.

my verdict: a solid puncher, but certainly not a one punch guy at world level. much more of a wearing you down type of fighter.

he is no julian jackson or geral mcclellan. not even remotely close.

if he has a power advantage over bjs, it is a slight one.

Whats wrong with TKO's some TKO's are more impressive than KO's like the don't bother counting that MF'r needs immediate attention because he's unconcious TKO.
