The Unofficial champ of Europe is often the best in the division

I was looking for a debate but I guess you don't want none.

 

There are parts of Russia and Kazakhstan that are in Europe and parts in Asia, to the west of the Ural river is Europe, to the east Asia.

Kovalev was born and breed to the west of the river, hence he's from Europe not ASIA.

 

This is an interesting geographical debate. As far as I can see on the map Chelyabinsk is located on the eastern slope of the ural mountains which makes it an asian city. West of the ural Mts. lies Europe and east of it asia, the mountain range and to the south the river by the same name constitute the divide. Kovalev would still be european to my understanding as he's russian ethnically and russians are europeans, even those who cross the mountain range into siberia.

Golovkin was born in karaganda in kazahkstan, thats asia, his father is russian and his mother I believe is korean so he's a euro - asian mixture.

I quite disagree with you.Neither Golovkin or the Klitschkos nor Kovalev nor any other fighter from the states of the former core soviet union is european.
Neither Russia nor Kazhkstan is Europe,neither mentally nor geographically.
