Frankie Gavin vs Bradley Skeete - British and Commonwealth Welterweight Title Clash

People are sleeping on this fight, probably because they think it's going to put them to sleep! I totally disagree with this view, i'm not claiming it's going to be a Gatti-Ward type toe to toe clash but i genuinely think it's going to be a lot more entertaining then expected, certainly an intriguing fight indeed.

Gavin needs to make a statement in this fight, he's seems to go into auto-pilot in alot of fights despite being a class above his opponents. Against Bundu for the first 5 rounds he looked World Class but then fell apart after the 6th round. That was a real wake-up call for him, we'll see how he responds to it against Skeete.

For Skeete, this is like his World title shot, he's also just peaking at the right time and even say he's been exciting in his last 3 fights which all ended in KO's. I also think Skeete will be that much hungrier of the two and want to chase Gavin down each round.

Prediction: I think Skeete is going to pull off the upset in a decent back and forth fight. Skeete by SD Points victory.

Liam Walsh vs Gary Sykes - British and Commonwealth Super Feathweight Title Clash.

This is potentially a fantastic domestic clash as both guys styles seem to be made for a very entertaining and exciting fight.

Walsh is the superior boxer skill wise but Sykes is coming into this fight with a good run of domestic wins and his confidence will be sky high. Sykes also is a high volume puncher so will hope to drown Walsh in punches.

Prediction: Walsh will be at his very best and counter Sykes with power and even stop him late. Walsh by 10th round KO.

    Other fights on under-card:
Ahmet Patterson vs Sullivan Mason - Patterson by 7th rd KO.
Frank Buglioni vs Andrew Robinson - Buglioni by 4th rd KO.
Mitchell Smith vs Zoltan Kovacs - Smith by 2nd rd KO.

    Your thoughts on GAVIN-SKEETE & WALSH-SYKES.

Good preview posts Terminator. If Frankie Gavin can't win this and look good doing it though he'll never be breaking the world top 10.

Can you please give me a link to a thread in which you've done a preview for a Matchroom show similar to this one?

Of course you can't, because you're a **** and a BN employee who deserves to be banned.

I don't have Sky Sports, it's that simple.

I have Boxnation and as a huge Boxing fan i'm very happy with it.

As for the thread title, the Skeete fight will be awful and nobody in their right mind should be looking forward to that. Gavin by wide, wide UD.

Walsh will beat Sykes easily too.

    Both big mismatches.

As a "real boxing fan", would you agree that Frank ****** is a complete and utter scumbag for the way in which he has treated boxers like Ricky Burns in choosing not to pay them their full and agreed purses?

A yes or no answer is all I am looking for.

I can't be bothered to go into it, Terminator is guilty of doing a lot of things on here that are a disgrace.

Notice how he won't answer my post on the issue of FW and paying fighters?

    Scum.

Gavin has had an unbelievable camp. Can't see anything but a clear win. I dont get people who critisize his style; speak with any pros and their all in admiration of what he can do in the ring. Amuses me that people are so critical of him.

I hope you're right Billy as Sykes is a local lad and an all round good lad. Personally I think Walsh may be too a bit too much for him. If Frankie comes to the fight with the right mind set he'll breeze. IF !!
