Yes, I've always thought that. I have honestly thought they'll fight 3 times if the first two are remotely close. Definitely two times. At the end of the day they are going to agree to help each other to earn max amount of money even though they'll never admit that to the boxing public until they shake and hug after the fight(s).

Would that give a wrong perception of the nr. 1 & 2 p4p rankings for the last decade?

The only thing that makes me think twice about it is Mayweather almost retired after getting a slight ass whippin from Cotto.

I mean, he seriously contemplated retirement after that fight.

He may talk all that bullshlt about the doghouse and make his fighters do all that dumbshlt for the tv, but we'll see if he's bout it.

Pac is gonna put that stick on his ass. He's gonna be busted up after this one. Pac still has that explosiveness.

It's going to break a lot of hearts.

    PLEASE SIGN THE CONTRACT FLOYD.

Yes we need to see them in the ring first...i already said that..

I dont think the man is scared at all! You know whats funny tho?? The whole world does and hes probably doubled what the fight would've made in 2010 to 2015..man he knows how to get that money.

3 mil buys, $99.99 PPv = 300 Million!! let alone charing $5k for ring side seats etc etc. man Mayweather got everybody wrapped up...he knew this from the begiing...and already knows there doing rematch

    I don't know.

It's hard to believe Mayweather would be scared considering this is his job, but he's scared of something.

His body language and his behavior strongly suggests this.

Also, after he contemplated retiring after his fight with Cotto, I'm pretty sure there fear is there.

It might just be fear of losing or fear of embarrassment.

Maybe he doesn't want to look beat up on camera.

I think when he experiences his first loss, he'll stop acting so erratic.

I'm tellin you, Mayweather better not try that lunge in stuff that he does with every single southpaw.

Pac's feet are way too quick for that.

We just gotta hope that he signs.

I'm glad that you support the fight and it's good that you believe Mayweather will win.

We need more fans like you who just want to see the best fight the best.

Both of these jokers have said, "I want to fight," more times than I can count and yet, no fight. Time to change it up. Keep quiet. Play nice long enough to hash out an agreement. Once contracts are signed, talk all the **** they want through the media, because then we know it isn't just empty words because they will have to make do on their boast come fight night.

We've heard enough talk through the media that something is going on behind the scenes. I even saw it reported on ESPN. And we know they usually don't say **** about boxing unless it is something big. Gotta let this one ride out and just wait and see what happens. If anything.

No. Times change and both have dominated the sport.

i get what you meant. but isn't it nice to hear from floyd's camp that they're negotiating for a pacquiao fight now. or else they will just claim that no actual negotiations were happening and this is all talk from one camp only.

But almost everybody agrees on that time worked in Mayweather's favour.

So basically if Pac beats him now, then he would have beat him worse then.

  13. Pac is not beating Floyd.

It's like asking if a child can beat a grown man.

That is terrible logic. If anything Pac is a smarter, more controlled fighter now. Sure he's declined but he's gained vital experience from his fights against Bradley and Marquez. Back then, Pacquiao was being fed slow, plodding fighters.
