one example, out of 64 fights and we are talking about someone who fought over 40 rounds with Pacquiao before he could land that shot.

if Pacquiao was easy to predict he would never have won more then 1 world title

If you think Pacquiao does that everytime then his opponents must all be bums if they cant adjust to someone doing the same thing over and over again. LMAO

he is one dimensional, but who gives a **** when your dimension' is that good you can hammer all the other fighters, who have 'more dimensions to their game'

You don't win multiple titles, beat HOF fighters, and become Fighter of the Year/Decade if you're a one dimensional fighter who does the same thing over and over. It's really aggravating to see these people pretend they know how Pacquiao's style works.

Going by their logic I guess ATGs like Henry Armstrong, Alexis Arguello, Joe Louis, Carlos Monzon, Miguel Canto, Nicolino Locche, Julio Cesar Chavez are also 1-D fighters.

Ali for the most part was what you call "one-dimensional" because he was not much of an offensive fighter and wanted the opponent to lead. He also didn't go to the body. My point is that this made up term is absurd and pointless as almost every fighter has a style they want and a main weapon they rely on. The term one-dimensional needs to go. Ali was a great fighter.

Nah.....PAC is MULTI-Dimensional.....He has a layers with regards to his skills. His style doesn't make him "one dimensional"....he's aggressive and he's relentless but how he goes about utilizing that style requires a LOT of wrinkles from the wide array of punches he throws to his footwork and positioning.

Floyd is the same in a sense.....he has the same game plan every fight which is to counter punch....lay traps and let his opponents come to him where he can capitalize on mistakes. But to call him one dimensional would be just as crazy as calling PAC one dimensional because they both have an assortment of tools and skills they implement to maximize the style they've mastered.

PAC uses all punches and from all angles to work openings or to create them. He's shifty......has a rhythm that is extremely hard to anticipate and that kind of awkwardness is what his opponents are never ready for.

Not really.....he throws that combo at times but he also has a mean right hook, over hand left or right and places punches very well to the body and head when throwing combinations.

The double jab and straight is a common combination that is textbook......everyone uses it if they have any sense.

Floyd can slug it out.....but when he does it's not always in his favor which is why he decided against that strategy in the miadana rematch.

Even if Manny Pacquiao is ''One Dimensional'', It seems to be working. :deal

    - Top 2 p4p Fighter.

    - Top 2 Boxing Attraction.

    - Current 147 WBO Champion.

    - Fighter Of The Decade.

    - 8 Division World Champion. (7 Division World Champion if you discredit the catchweight of 150 pounds against Margarito).

Not bad for a One Dimensional Fighter, who is a Part-Time Boxer who is a Congressman, Basketball Coach etc.

LOL.....relax knucklehead.....PAC is very balanced but his aggressive style can sometimes get him tangled up with his opponents who may not be as quick to evade or get out of the way.

And Manny doesn't dive face first into the canvas without a perfectly time counter punch kid. LOL.

Manny is blessed with a lot more than speed......there are a lot of speedy guys who haven't been able to reach the highest levels of the sport like he has.

The only multi dimensional fighter in the game is Floyd.

    Right?

That's what the thread starter is really trying to get it.

We'll see how multi-dimensional Floyd is when it seems like Pac's punches are coming from different dimensions, and Floyd takes an INTERSTELLAR ASS WHUPPIN!!!!

Just PUT THAT NAME on the contract Floyd.

I cannot WAIT for this SHlT!!!!!!
