lol...mayweather's past response to fighting fighters people didnt want to see:

    "He called me out!"

Ellerbe: After the fight when he called Floyd out, Floyd turned to me and said, "Make the fight".

Meanwhile Pac calls Floyd out and Floyd's in hiding.

i agree it seems that if the two makes it personal the possibility of the fight happening is higher

Pacquiao has probably had it with his bs. I don't think Pacquiao wants to stick around any longer fighting guys that are a rung below. The only sensible this game for both of them to do is fight each other

Acually a fair respone and it seems like it wasn't just to promote the alegri fight after all. He seems intrested in making the fight happen for once.

To be fair he was shane was coming off his best win in years against the fighter who was arguably THE MAN at welterweight. Hindsight is 20 20 but at the time it was signed shane was believed to be a top operator

Roach publicly stated that Shane Mosley, at that time, was too high risk low reward opponent for Pac to take. So you can say what you will, but Roach and Pac openly ducked the guy, so that speaks for itself. He was coming off a destruction of Antonion Margarito and was looking very good. :deal
