    I guess, but people with granite chins don't go down like that.
    he fights with a style where I'd assume he doesn't have an amazing chin.

    doesn't mean he has a glass jaw or anything. but there are a lot of fighters that will probably never go down as a pro. he isn't one of them and he's been down twice and once really hard.

    Cassius Clay got stopped in the amateurs. :think

    So, I guess getting stopped once in the amateurs doesn't spell doom for you in teh pros afterall. Who would've thought? :yikes :good

    So you are saying that a guy getting KO'd in the am's is sure evidence he has a glass jaw? What do you make of that Wilder clip, race troll?

    I guess you missed Tua getting stopped basically the same way as an amateur?

    kovalev's KD as a pro was due to having his foot stepped on and as far as the other against Boone being "really hard", you have no idea. There is no video of the fight and I am willing to bet you were not in attendance.

    Seems to me your post is more based on wishful thinking.

    See, this is the thing. If it was just this KO in the amateurs, you could dismiss it.

    But Kovalev has also exhibited mandible problems in the pros, and against not so good fighters that don't hit that hard. This doesn't bode well as he moves up the ladder and faces heavier hitters who are better fighters.

    This makes his chin suspect, at the very least.:deal
