Stevenson: Pascal-Kovalev "is only a semi-final"

One of Québec's sport chanel is reporting that Stevenson is seeing the Pascal-Kovalev fight as a semi-final to see who will have the privilege to fight after for a unification. He also said that there is no incentive for him to fight either one. Showtime is poring the money, no matter what. So he can keep fighting tomato cans for the rest of his career with that kind of contract, thanks to Haymon.

If hes satisfied fighting who hes fighting, or not fighting for the money hes making than so be it. But hes doing his legacy no favors and losing momentum.

 

I cant stand this guy. Man i hope he looses.

 

Another semi-final is reserved for Stevenson and Beterbiev. Oh wait, it's Sukhotsky!

Can't stand this guy anymore and i WAS a big fan.

 

I liked him (as a fighter) up until the Fonfara fight, he's a disgrace.

 

Yeah. Stevenson has succeeded in running his own fan-base into the ground in less than a year. Good riddance.

 

I will back pedal a bit on this one. Maybe I misread or maybe they changed the writing since it was first publish, but what is written is that the people around Adonis sees the fight as a semi-final. So Stevenson maybe didn't say it himself, as for the incentives which the journalist talk about.

 

He's right, it is the semi-final.

He forfeited in the quarterfinals when he give Kovalov a bye.

 

Has anybody took a good look at stevenson's record since moving up.

1. Dawson coming off a horrible loss to andre ward.

2. Cloud basically coming off 2 losses both fights were confidents killer's.

3. Bellow need I say more.

4. Fonfora was a solid win but he struggled.

I'm not sure why he thinks he is so far above everybody he has feasted on nothing but leftovers.

 

After Kovalev knocks Pascal out what will Stevenson say????? My guess is that he offers Kovalev an 80-20 split or something like that

 

Adonis Stevenson is a piece of ****. I know this is true because Kovalev said so.

 

Fighting little defenseless girls ruined Stevenson. He never was challenged so his ******* never developed properly.
