I'm sure Berto would take the fight too. He's as tough as nails

Edit. Don't think he would win though

Berto would take a payday vs anyone with a pulse at this point. Berto is tough, doesnt mean hes good.

Styles make fights. Rios cut off the ring, and is an excellent inside fighter. He got on the inside with Chaves, and beat him up. When he wasn't beating Chaves up on the inside, he was outboxing him. That's not Thurman's style, he's a boxer puncher. When he came forward, Chaves was able to counter him from mid-range. When he moved back, he was able to counter Chaves.

Alexander is one dimensional, and sucks coming forward. And he's not skilled enough to counter Thurman as effectively. Also, he doesn't have Chaves' power

I don't think there are too many fighters out there at 147 that are eager to fight Thurman. I am a huge Thurman fan, but everyone is beatable. He is a high risk/low reward fighter right now. I hope the promoters do a unification tournament at 147 once ********** retires but I won't hold my breath.

no one is ducking him. Alexander wanted that fight. While keith yapped about being avoided devon was asking for the fight. Now he's fighting a 40 yo European and Alexander is fighting a much bigger fight. Haymon not putting guys in with thurman is not guys ducking thurman.
