He got "busted" ONCE for taking Ripped Fuel, which only cuts your body up faster. It is a fat burner. It does not enhance abilities or build muscle. It is not a steroid of any kind. This stuff was sold at local 7-Elevens's and other convenience stores. Walgreens still sells it, and it is still over the counter. It amazes me how so many so called fans fabricate stories and paint some athletes as scheming drug cheats, when that is not the case.

Ripped fuel contains Androstenedione, which has never been proven to be anabolic. Only the IBF had banned it at the time.

Actually, 'Ripped Fuel' was his excuse for getting caught. Jones is a convicted steroid cheat.

Did Hall explain why he was 10x over the limit (higher then Jones)? Or was the onus just on Jones?

Bottom line is every athlete that gets caught has an excuse. If something is banned, thats it. Im an RJJ fan, but its EVERY fighters responsibility to know what theyre putting in their body.

Personally im waiting for the fighter who gets busted to just admit it and say they wanted that edge because they hate losing. That would be refreshing.

No one not with the Jones camp has ever supported the Ripped Fuel excuse. The myth that needs to be debunked is the spin he and his lawyer offered.

His prime did coincide with the BALCO era. Didn't he put on 30lbs in three months for Ruiz?

It was his excuse yes, an excuse that could not be proven wrong completely..

The fight he tested positive for wasn't even changed to a no contest, and no one even knows for sure what steriod he tested positive for... So no he was not "convicted"

Your hero Vitali on the other hand, was convicted.:yep

He hired Mackie Shilstone, who did very a very similar muscle build with Spinks when he moved up to HW.
