Martinez was champion and had made two defences when Burns fought him. :patsch

    Beltran mate:good
Crawford will become a top 10 p4p IMO so no shame whatsoever losing to him, listen all the hype so called stars in the making fighting for world titles and have failed miserably, at least Ricky won two titles and conducted himself admirably.

If eddie wants the bet for Burns he will not throw him to the lins yet. I expect Crolla may get a robbery victory over Abril and if he does then Burns could knock him out.

Either way you look at it Burns is still more deserving than Crolla for me.

Sorry mate aye. I watched Crawford on the weekend and I must admit, I thought he would beat Beltran but not like that just looked a different class. I think Ricky would be best served moving back to you having a warm up then going back in at the deep end but best of luck to him either way.

I find it funny that some rave about Chris Eubank Jr who has had a few debatable decisions over journey men and not won any of the bigger titles as a pro and goes on very arrogent yet at the same time can't give Burns credit.

Gonzalez and Martinez are fighting on the same bill in PR soon, might be building up to a fight between the two?

Crawford came to Ricky's back yard and didn't even get out of first gear. It was embarrasingly easy.

He did win a vacant world title at lightweight.

Ricky won more rounds than Beltran did

That's not what you were talking about though, you tried to deny that he beat a legit champion for a legit belt, which he did when he first won a title

Because Crawford coasted to an easy win
    Was still a 10-2 victory.

Drop back to LW for a start, which I believe he's going to do.

I'd like to see him out on the AJ/Mitchell/Ryder bill if possible, more of a ticking over fight and perhaps/ideally one that could help with his ranking.. just to allow him to do the weight, another fight to build the confidence etc.

Then wait and see on the outcome of Crolla/Abril and go from there.
