Man, why do you make a Calzaghe thread at least once a day.. I understand you're trying to troll, but to make the same thing everyday for a year straight? I'm sorry, but that's pretty sad man.

Robinson, Moore, Conn, Bivins, Spinks, Foster, Hagler, Hopkins, Ward, Qawi, Maxim, Saad Muhammed, Gibbons, Nunn, Tunney, Greb, Loughran, Hill, Dawson, Oslon, Walker, Fullmer, Walker, Giardello, Williams, Burley.

There's a few for you. Some defiantly would and if Calzaghe went life and death with Robin Reid and old Hopkins then others certainly could. Obviously there was no SMW division when most these guys were around but I'm sure they could gain or lose a few pounds and beat Joe.

Calzague is an overrated fighter who fought bums his entire career thats why he never lost. If someone like ricardo lopez can be punished for the comp he faced then joe should too. Lopez was 1000x

Actually Joes best win was a prime Mikkel Kessler who was coming off dominant wins over Andrade, Beyer, Mundine and Lucas

3 time WBA champ, 2 time WBC champ

Robin Reid also was a good champion losing his WBC belt to the boogeyman Malinga who gave Benn and Eubank all they could handle and also should have picked up the WBA/IBF belts but was robbed vs Sven Ottke not to mention Charles Brewer and Byron Mitchell who were robbed of their IBF/WBA belts before facing Calzaghe.

As for Hopkins being old he was actually a better fighter at 175 than 160 and in his own words was a lot wiser than in his youth . . . . . pretty much proven that Hopkins was still top dog for years even after the Calzaghe fight in that division until recently.

Americans cant just accept the fact that even a single American fighter is inferior to any other fighter from another country

As for Roy Jones beating Calzaghe you could have a point but then again Jones never did take on the best challenges but he gets celebrated none the less. if he didnt have the Hopkins and Toney wins on his resume his entire record would have been full of bums

So guys like McCallum, Griffin, Hill and Gonzalez are bums are they? Fighting heavyweight Ruiz is not taking on a challenge?

See this is the thing with blind fan boys, it's not enough for you to idolize your hero, you have to discredit and disrespect other great fighters in process.

Calzaghe wanted no part of tuff European challengers like Silvio Branco and Stipe Drews when he got to LHW.
And wanted no part of prime Americans LHWs like Dawson and Tarver.

One on on that list can beat Calzaghe. Ray Robinson... Too small, and slow. The rest are levels below Calzaghe.. Let's get real here.
