Will there ever be a non American ppv star like Pacquiao?

I suspect that's the way we are going. The next 5 years will be KEY to the survival of the PPV market and as streamers continue to eat into the market we will either see PPV prices take a nose dive or fighters told that PPV won't happen. The market ran wild for years and appears to have now began to crash and burn.

Fans aren't stupid and although it's a shame for the next generation of fighters it's great for fans.

 

He's getting bigger every day and still trying to squeeze into 154. I couldn't resist that.

 

Pac was lucky and caught the boxing world at the right time. He couldn't be believed and people had to see for themselves. There will be a long time before another fighter will be able to draw that much adulation outside the USA and I doubt that there will ever be two fighters that will make the money that Mayweather and Pac has made. They broke the bank.
