See, you have no idea what the hell you're talking about. If Pac's footwork is BAD, then it wouldn't take an elite operator like JMM to exploit it. Name me some instances where Pac slips and hits the canvas after throwing a punch and name me some instances when he's been knocked down as a direct result of his footwork. The FACT of the matter is that Pac is an extremely difficult person to knock down and has rarely been knocked down and that's due to him having GOOD footwork and ELITE athleticism.

Now I can't say for certain that Margarito would've beaten Floyd, but I can't see Floyd's potshots doing anything at all to deter Tony. Even if Floyd threw his hardest check counters and straight rights he runs the risk of breaking his fragile hands, then he'd really be in trouble against Margarito stalking him down.

Even Manny got a ribcracking body shot from Tony and Pac hardly fights on the ropes. Floyd gets caught in corners from time to time and if Tony cracked his rib, coupled with his punches not being respected by Margarito, I could see Tony winning the later rounds when Floyd dances away to avoid further injury.

I'd say it'd be an SD win for Floyd in Vegas, Tony UD by 2 rounds anywhere else.

How many elite level counter punchers did Pac fight before he fought JMM? His footwork isn't good. You keep confusing athleticism for good footwork. Good footwok means good foot placement when throwing a shot being in position to counter never being out of position out the ring with great balance. No one being able to really exploit it until JMM tells me he hadn't faced the right style to counter his mistakes, mainly a great counter-puncher. Crossing your feet isn't good footwork no trainer in the world will agree with you. Punching with a foot in the air isn't good footwork again no trainer in the world will agree with you.:deal

Again, if his footwork was "BAD" or "TERRIBLE" as you say, then knocking Pac down should be an easy task. But the guy has been legitimately knocked down once (JMM IV) throughout his career. Mosley had to body slam him.
