    Not top 20 yet as he's not retired and there's still a few fights he can do to gain a few notches. Plus Pac and the current HoF roster are still fresh in our memories, give it a few decades worth of appreciation and he *might* get top 25 or so if he retired today.

    If he fights some young hungry champions at 140 then I wouldn't disapprove if people had him in their top 20.

    Fighter of the decade, roughly 12 decades in the sport. Based on statistical average alone, he is at least top 12.

    He was considered top 20 ATG by many right after he beat Cotto, since then all he's done is added more names to his resume. In fact, many claimed in these forums he would be top 5 ATG should he beat ODLH. lol.
