I think Brook should be a huge favourite to beat JMM. JMM is a shot fighter - he'll do well against b level opposition and Pac due to obvious reasons, but apart from that... he's too old. Would be a good name on Kell's resume but I think everybody will mention how JMM is so old and shot and that the win didn't mean anything.
Shot? His timing is as good as ever, punching power has increased, while slower, his speed is still there, and he doesn't have any stamina issues.

A young, athletic, real sized welter will make Marquez look like the old man he is. People don't realize Marquez hasn't fought one natural career welter yet at the weight. He has fought all guys who were smaller men who moved up. Brook is bigger than Mayweather is. With decent boxing ability and athleticism. This would be nothing but a showcase fight for Brook.
Jmm struggles with boxers. He's so accustomed to fighting guys that come forward. With that along with Brook ' s size should give him a very tough fight. If it's in the UK I don't expect to see jmm winning a decision. Not that I would think he gets robbed but Jmm will most likely feel he did.
