Do people not realise that the PPV numbers done in the USA, don't mean your not drawing, Pac fought in Macau, he earnt plenty if you combine it, all of Mayweather's numbers are in America, he's American, not hard to figure out. He is ducking the biggest money he will ever make for one fight over a guy not being onhis level, that is the excuse? When Pac got screwed in the Bradley first fight, one of the judges that gave it to Bradley, gave Canelo a draw against Mayweather, he even used it after the fight as a reason to laugh at the scoring.
