Uh you do know that Mayweather has an exclusive deal with Showtime? Arum was just meeting with Les Moonves for heaven's sake.

Nothing he says in this interview suggests anything like that, particularly since he calls Arum out by name as avoiding the fight.

The failure of this fight to occur is not reducible to one person. Pacquiao's promoter and manager have shown no greater inclination to get it made than Mayweather.

Floyd started demanding testing and cut off days, and because Manny didn't agree to it all, it was him who stopped the fight from taking place? It was him who was solely to blame for it not happening?

Has it ever crossed your mind, that if Floyd had've accepted Manny's number of cut off days, or if he'd have just fought him without testing, like EVERYONE else did, then the fight could possibly have happened sooner?
