Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

I think he deserves it more than Guerrero and Ortiz did and just as much as Maidana did. I want to see this as plan B if Pacquiao fight doesn't come through

 

He gave Maidana two matches, He gave Ortiz a chance, he gave Guerrero a chance. Khan deserves the fight more than all of them put together.

 

He can fight both but will probably choose to fight neither.


Khan is a top fighter who's a big name. He deserves it far more than Ortiz and Maidana ever did.

 

How does Khan deserve a fight with FMJ?

The simple fact currently, there's a poll on this boxing forum asking boxing enthusiasts who would win in a fight between the two.

19 Khan

Now, if boxing fans believe Khan is the fave in this fight(Which they do currently from that poll), its up to the promoters and the fighters to make the fight happen.

Ladies and gentleman, I present to you, the mentality of all Floyd fans. They base 99% of Floyd's victories on polls and hypothetical outcomes, not realizing that if May actually fought 2-3 dangerous fights in a row that the wear and tear would break him down and he would eventually lose.

We know this, most importantly May knows this, unfortunately his fans do NOT know this.

as we all know, it's a condemnation on the state of affairs in the sport when the biggest fight in the sport doesn't have to get made if the fighters essentially 'don't feel like making it'

Khan's performance tonight warrants a fight with Floyd.
I just stated in another thread FMJ would beat amir in a close fight.
FMJ is one of the greatest fighters who ever lived who rarely makes mistakes, amir makes plenty of mistakes, even tonight amir made mistakes.
A guy like floyd would exploit those mistakes to the fullest, and hurt amir.

UK filled wembley for froch v groves in like 48 hours , are you trying to tell me they are not going to buy tickets to watch khan take on the best pound for pound fighter in the world for a world title , i think you underestimate the passion of fans in the UK sir .

 

Floyd would never ever fight Khan at Wembley plus it would be stupid because The fight would be in another time zone
