one of the things going for him against mayweather is the lack of punching power from floyd thats the only problem for amir and he knows floyd has got none thats why he has said on many interviews he would rather take on floyd then pac "its a easier fight floyd has no power"

if he fights pac he would get the knocked the **** out the shots bradley and chris took would send him to the grave he knows this himself very well

I haven't seen the fight yet, but I gather Khan won nearly every round? As much as I didn't really rate Alexander, that is impressive. Khan has two things going for him in a fight with Mayweather: his speed and his jab. Floyd can be troubled with the jab and if Khan can fire two or three shots then move, he can feasibly outpoint Floyd.

The trouble is Khan will always be walking the tightrope because of his chin. Floyd counters really well and will land. Can Khan take the shots from Floyd?

I give Khan less chance with Pacqiuao because Manny would dominate Amir physically; the power would be with Pacquiao and Khan would get a slow beating. I do think Khan deserves a shot, though; at least he poses questions for both.

    Good stuff.

    I disagree about the manny.
    2 reasons.

    - Manny's never met somebody faster than himself before
    - With a height and reach advantage

I still think manny knocks him out.

But, i think Khan outboxes Manny without a problem till it happens.

khan himself said floyd does not have the power but pac has which makes the pac fight harder even lesser punchers then pac would hurt khan
    khan COULD beat mayweather

khan gets knocked out by pac

khan himself sees pac as a risky fight and floyd as a easier fight and i agree he could do very very well against floyd since floyd does not have the aggressiveness and power to hurt khan

I think Floyd wouldn't need to match him on speed.
He would just time him right and catch him coming in and the more frustrated Khan gets the more mistakes he makes....

Pacquiao would be a great fight...Speed vs speed, both aggressive, Khan possibly quicker hands but with a weaker chin.
I reckon Pac would stop him late. He'd catch him mid-exchange and put his lights out....But would be an action-packed fight for sure.

Based on styles.... The toughest fights in order.....
    1) Lara
    2) khan
    3) PAC

Im surprised at so many poster picking Pac to beat Khan, despite the fact Khan has dominated every south paw he has faced. And all 3 of Kahn's losses where against convectional fighters, where he has been repeatedly gets laid out or hurt against the left Hook.
But he beats Floyd easy tho :patsch

How is this even logic ?

Pac's lateral movement is superior too....
Khan still fond of his dive-in, dive-out flurries....
    He'd get caught, no doubt.

i think im more banking on pacs awkward angles to EVENTUALLY land on khan.. maybe im banking to much on pacs power (which clearly has diminished) but i think he has enough to wobble khan especially if he lands a nice straight left. you do raise a good point tho

    Hardly top-tier southpaws though...
With Khan it's down to who can catch him coming in.
Both potential opponents in this thread can catch him.
