Danny Garcia will not be next. It doesn't fall into Floyd's usual pattern. Ortiz was coming off of a big victory, Mosley was coming off of a big victory, Cotto sort of but big money fight either, Guerrero was, Canelo was, and Maidana was.

There are only two opponents that fall into this category, Pacquiao and Khan. Now's the perfect time to fight either one, even though I prefer Pacquiao.

Danny Garcia hurt his chances in 2014, Thurman is coming off of an OK victory.

And when I say big victory, I don't mean they beat the boogey man, I mean they had a great showcasing in the limelight against a good or great opponent.

Because Pac is on RECORD saying he'll take less money AFTER Floyd stated 50/50 was no longer on the table. I believe this was due to Floyd/Shane selling really well while Pac's PPV (with clottey?) didn't go well.

Why didn't Mayweather negotiate? Possibly because Pac passed off the phone to Konzc lol

I'm with you, and call me crazy, but I think Floyd and Arum have been working together since Floyd announced he has a "surprise".

hell if we know dude. We're not at the negotiations table with them. Last concrete offer that we know of is the $30(or is it $40?)mil with 35% PPV which Arum turned down (and this is confirmed).

I don't know what the ***** is for but I'm assuming it's your guys' nickname for Floyd fans. You're not dealing with a FL0m0 if that's what you're wondering. I know damn well I'm dealing with a Pac**** though lol

floyd didn't even know what he was talking about calling up someone like that is not professional he was going behind the back of a fighter a promoter even if pac accepted it it would be of no benefit

point is mayweather never wanted the fight the whole world knows this

It would make sense if it turned out all the trash talking that Pac has started over social media (which is really uncharacteristic of him) and the foot locker commercial are really all just prepped promotion for the fight.

floyd is putting roadblocks why did he say the fight HAS to be on showtime when both networks have agreed to dance?

I think Floyd would win a comfortable UD over Pacquiao at this point. Pacquiao is easy to hit with the right hand, lunges a lot, and is easy to counter.

You need a good jab to beat Floyd, and Pacquiao's jab is nearly nonexistent.

Or Pac is just frustrated and is trying to get Floyd to bite.

I think it is. Because for some odd reason, it's not up to his promoter anymore.
