Khan can't handle a good crisp accurate left hook. Looking good against two southpaws with medium power back to back hasn't convinced me otherwise. Mayweather should be a big favorite. Pacquiao is much, much harder. Don't buy into the hype. Pac is the only legit fight for him out there.

Paulie confirmed this. He said that he doesn't hit hard with everyshot. He uses his flurries to keep the other person busy and then slip in the odd hard body shot etc.

He does have some power but is more geared to score pointing. That's why he was so good in the olympics. Pac on the other hand puts power in most of his shots, he wants to hurt the other boxer.

    Mayweather UD.
Pacquiao is a horrible match up for Khan. Horrible. He'll be iced as soon as they trade.

Khan was quoted as saying that "Mayweather has never fought someone like him that has speed, movement and skill."

If Khan or his fans thinks he has all 3 of those things, they're are fooling themsleves. All he has is speed. And no versatility in his style. Only looks good going forward. Can't fight moving backwards, can't counterpunch, doesn't go to the body, can't fight on the inside, slows his punch output in the later rounds (past the 7th) and absolutly NO defense.

Doesn't go to the body? Eh? He put Maidana and Judah down with body shots. And Malignaggi confirms that his shots to the body are hard.

And most boxers slow down in the later rounds (past the 7th).

You don't need to counterpunch if your style is based on effective offense, which Khan's is.

I thought Khan's defence against Alexander was pretty good. It's not as effective as Mayweather's shoulder roll-type defence or Abraham's high guard, as it is based on reflex and movement. It worked against Alexander. Khan made him miss loads.

We all know duckweather and we all know hes a coward. This is a given. So which ever fight he will go for next will be the easier route this is also a given and always has been throughout his career

Indeed, being outboxed is one thing....
Just not giving a f**k is another. Alexander, maybe he was on an off night, whatever, but he looked completely useless and unwilling to even try....Complete suicide against an offensive whirlwind like Amir.

In regards to the speed everyone seems to be intoxicated by...as someone else said, it does a good job of masking the flaws in his combination punching. Someone with timing and pop will completely nullify that speed.
