Has Khan improved under Hunter v Khan under Roach?

to me just seems abit more cautious now, does have his moments of wild lunges, but generally that chin is under lock and key and doesn't get carried away when he has abit of success, not a direct comparison but very similar to how mayweather has handled his opponents over the last 3-4 years

 

The interesting thing is that I thought the Khan we saw on Saturday was more the Roach version of old than the Hunter version we saw in the Diaz/Molina/Collazo fights.

 

I was flipping back between Khan-Alexander and Bradley-Chaves, so I paid no attention to the in between rounds commentary.

 

He's improved but I'd prefer to see him face a puncher. He's more economical with his punches now. He's in and out, uses his movement and range better. He doesn't rely entirely on his speed and get trigger happy. He's "smarter" under Hunter.

I think Khan got stronger under Roach, more versatile under Hunter.

 

id say a a lot of improvement
the khan against molina you can't judge on too much as that was his 1st fight under virgil and had been with virgil a short amount of time

he now has good stance, better balance
chin looked more, and glove to his chin better
also seems to get some good shots off better.....seems good with hook and left hook mainly
seems to have better defense
