Who is more deserving of the Mayweather fight is open to debate - for sure.

Based on recent opposition, perhaps there are other fighters.

However, what Khan does have in his favour is that more often than not, he has exciting fights. People tune in to see the drama.

He rarely if ever has been outboxed - this makes a match with Mayweather an interesting proposition as FMJ is a masterful boxer and a superb tactician.

For me, there are two genuine challengers that can threaten FMJ's 0 - Pacman (first) and Khan.

Both may lose to FMJ - but it'll be worth finding out if that's the case.

Picking Maidana in 2010 is a cherry pick. Picking Maidana in 2013 is not. Khan didn't earn his shot until now. :hi:

Khan poses a threat - a genuine threat.

I can only see Pacman as a bigger threat to Floyd.

Styles make fights etc - these fights would be interesting - and both fights would sell big.

 

You definitely don't watch Mayweather fights and you don't box... Toe to Toe isn't in Floyd's nature? He's Toe to Toe 90% of the time ! You need to learn how to watch a fight....
