Why not move it to give way to Pac vs Floyd , it's what the world wants...i'm sure it will be fine with Canelo and Cotto.

    ...thoughts :smoke

Trust me if Void is serious about it even Canelo and Cotto will be glad and honor to give May 2 to Floyd if his chicken azz dare to take the fight. Arum just don't want to play game with Void because he already saw the first roadblock in the within 10 seconds.

So he put up a roadblock himself!? Sounds like a game to me... U know what would make "void" look silly, agree to hold it on may 2nd like wed all logically expect it to (biggest fight gets biggest date) and watch "void" squirm and backtrack because he is scared

Like i said arum is clearly holding it up

He held pac.v hatton on cinco but now its offensive? Makes no sense?

....business wise it will not happen , they can charge $100 for Floyd vs Pac even without Canelo/Cotto.

....they will make Canelo/Cotto a separate event to milk it:smoke

If Mayweather vs Pacquiao is going to happen then he sure as hell will move it. Common sense really.

The only way that fight will be moved is if May/Pac happens and May 2nd is their agreed upon date. If not and Cotto/Canelo does happen May 2, it would be a shock if Arum actually loads the card. Because I have been saying, in fact I created a thread back in '09 about how awesome would a 4-Fight PPV entirely Mexcian vs Puerto Rican card would be on Cinco de Mayo....AWESOME!!! But becuase it's Arum...it will never happen!!!

They need to lock up Cotto-Canelo ASAP for May 2nd. Floyd NEEDS Mexican holidays to be successful. Can you imagine what the PPV numbers would have been if he hadn't fought Guerrero and Maidana on Mexican holidays?

By taking away that date, it will force the Pac fight - the ONLY fight that won't flop PPV wise.

Canelo and Cotto are looking to make their fight I think it is as simple as that the first fight that gets ironed out gets made. There is not too much time before May and teams Cotto and Canelo can't wait two months to see if Pac-Floyd gets made. I mean come on this fight has been in consideration for five years there is absolutely no guaranties that it will ever happen.

Floyd is just trying to throw a ****** wrench into the Cotto-Canelo fight. He has no intention of fighting Manny. He will make some ridiculous demands that he knows that Manny cannot possibly accept and that will be that. I predict that he will try to make a fight with Bradley, a guy with little to no power
