    I'd love to see him declare himself bankrupt (with everything in the wifes name) and FW got nothing - it would indeed be karma.

    I know nothing about this case or burns and warr3ns situation but if you are under contract and breach it then it will most likely cost you right? As i said i dont what happened here.
    Seems though in other cases the boxers do get screwed over a lot.

    Ricky was owed an oustanding payment from the mitchell fight upto 160k ive seen copies of the 3 bounced cheques , after that he had 3 fights called off Walsh, Vasquez and another i cant mind the guys name so basically hadnt earned a coin in a year , due to the lack of payment it was believed there was breech of contract which gave him grounds to terminate his contract , im sure theres more on both sides but thats the jist of it

    Don't forget the part where he was GLOVED UP and had to take a glove off to sign something for FW. Not the first time FW has played that trick before apparently.

    Know in football not getting paid gives you right to break your contract, think something like that happened with the Rangers players

    Actually yeah that was more to do with transferring the registrations to another company, sure there was one who went to somewhere like Bolton or Stoke who used that to get out of his contract

    Ok thanks. Seems no matter what the fighter gets jobed. How can u not pay a guy who is earning u money ? This is why boxers fight on long after their sell by date

    Cant believe a fighter hasnt been paid his purse alongside other fighters over the years yet the bbboc continue to let this happen and more so they allow him to continue promoting despite sinking company after company

    I've said it many times but IMO the BBBoC need to take more control and by that I mean they should HOLD all purses 24 hours* before the fight happens and release said payment to all fighters within 24 hours of the fight taking place.

    If no funds are received from the promoter then no fight and therefore show is sanctioned.

    * Time can be altered ofcourse

    I've just sent the BBBofC an email asking if it can be done.

    I'm sure there will be a valid (legal) reason why they can't but it's played on my mind for some time now so thought may aswell ask them .........
