Really??? I guess times change opinions. I have always held Roy in the highest regards, but all I remember hearing others say is he ducked Darius M, and fought part time fighters. Who would have thought he'd be as loved and respected as you say.

 

I've never heard a man in my life say the words " Roy Jones Jr" and "Coward" in the same sentence .

Before you say Algieri is bitter that he got owned by Pacquiao which 99% of the forum predicted, realize that Algieri gains more crediting Pacquiao than Floyd. When have you heard one of Floyd's past opponents say that Manny beats Floyd in a non-competitive fight? The truth is the majority (if not all)of their mutual opponents have said that Floyd would win.

Truth but Darius was also stripped of another title no. And people considered him lineal. Me personally I was happy that Jones unified the division and beat ish out people who would go on to be champion afterwards. Anyway like I said, I held Roy in the highest regards, but I did hear these things from other people. It kind of reminds me of Floyds situation...a little bit (Pac's belt is wbo right?).
