Great opponent. I'm not high on Hammer, but I think it's a good match-up.
Also Eddie Chambers will probably fight a ranked opponent.

Disappointed that they didn't pursue the Wach fight- Hammer really shouldn't pose Fury any difficulties at all.

Hammer's no better than Chisora. He's got no exceptional power or speed, nor size. In fact, he's probably not even as good as Chisora.

 

Decent opponent for Fury..can't really argue with Hammer when he's mandatory for Wlad.

More interested in CEJ proposed fight with Chudinov which could be a good one on paper

Christian Hammer is ranked number 4 by the WBO and 11 by Boxrec so he's a pretty decent ticking over fight for Fury whilst he waits for his mandatory shot at Klitschko's WBO belt.

I've seen Hammer fight 4 or 5 times, he's nothing special but he will present some different problems then Chisora was able to do.

This fight along with Eubank Jr vs Chudinov should make for an entertaining night of boxing action.
