Where does Fury fit in at HW?

What's the suprise gonna be? Fury getting stopped quicker than expected?

 

I can see fury winning a version of the world title some time in the future and see him giving wlad a tougher fight than many people believe, but Wlad would have to slip a fair way from his current level to lose.
I'd love to see the fight though

That it would be. I don't care either way but think it's about as likely to happen as me waking up with Scarlett Johannson in my bed which I'll keep you posted on.

 

I don't believe fury can take a punch from a proper heavyweight, especially one that can hit like Wilder. Wlad will finish him inside the distance because he is very good at being patient and exposing flaws, of which TF has a lot. TF was put down by two Cruiserweights with overhand rights and I'm sure everyone agrees that if it was a natural heavyweight that done it he would not have got back up.
As for ducking price, I'm not sure, Price was looking very good at that point but got exposed and knocked out twice. If Fury's reason for not fighting price was because his son was ill with luikemia then people should accept it because I don't believe Fury would use that as an excuse not to fight someone. I hope his son pulled through. What everyone has to remember is boxing is a business and the management of a boxer does not want him to lose so I'm guessing that Fury doesn't have much say in who he does or does not fight.

 

fury never said that about his son, and it doesn't explain why he was ok to fight rogan instead. straight duck.

Done some research on why Fury wouldn't fight Price in Feb 2012. I can't find anything that suggests his son was ill, I read it in an earlier post on this thread and was saying that IF it was true then it's a good enough reason. The only thing Fury said was that he was offered 'Chicken feed' for the fight.
The fight with Rogan was 2 months later in April.

He doesn't have a single credible name on his record and I can't see him beating any top contenders.

even if his son were ill, it doesn't justify fighting rogan instead. 2 months from purse bids to fight night sounds about right. it's a blatant duck, but these cretins just wanna bang on about haye, who fought wlad, being frightened of fury!
