Fighters always say that someone else hit harder than the guy that stopped them.

Honestly, fighters are actually a bad judge of "who hit harder". When you are fighting your adrenalin is pumping up. You don't really feel "hurt". Yes the punches affect you, but in your mind you often don't realize it.

Sometimes a nice hard shot will buzz you and when it hits, you notice it. Generally, that's a result of not being ready for it, caught off guard, rather than it being overly hard.

The guys that hit you super hard knock you out cold, and you don't feel a thing at that moment.
