X2. His resume is outstanding. I add that Jones and Hopkins were good wins. Hopkins was far from done, and he and Jones are similar age. Anything they had lost was counterbalanced by Calzaghe's own brittle hands. Obviously Hopkins had more left in the tank than Jones, but then we don't really know how much of Jones' greatness came out of a hypodermic needle in the first place. Fact is, he won his showdown fights with the greats when he could get them...period!
Calzaghe fought more world champions than Froch, fought abroad just as much, much more top 10 contenders and won all his fights.
Anybody who says Calzaghe has a poor resume obviously doesn't understand boxing. Wins over he undefeated Veit, undefeated Kessler, undefeated Lacy, ATG's Jones Jr, Eubank and Hopkins, former world champs Woodhall, Mitchell, Reid, Brewer and Bika as well as other solid fighters like Sheika (fresh off a win over Johnson), Veit again and Kabary Salem (a dirty, tough fighter who would be a problem for anybody) and Manfredo Jr. There are some bum opponents. But the same is true for most world champions. Just look at Rigo, defending his belt against journeymen like Agbeko and Kokietgym or Alvarez with bum defences against a shot to **** Mosley and Kermit Cintron.
His resume is weak and only a complete and utter knuckle dragging, drooling, moron would even try to argue otherwise.
Wrong. Calzaghe fought Lacy and Kessler, Froch fought Ward, Bute and Kessler II, so you are either lying or just so stupid that you cant count. Plus for Froch's first defence he travelled to America as a huge underdog to fight Jermain Taylor, Calzaghe's first defence was at home against Branko Sobot. Says it all really.
Most repeated threads,I reckon are... "Khan glass chin" "Calzaghe resume" and "Froch v Dirrell-Dirrell robbed"
You seem to be clutching at straws, as I have given honest counters for how you want to rewrite history and you then try and go on about something else and still get found wanting
