I'm a huge fan of Floyd Mayweather, I think he's the best boxer on the planet and I would favour him against Manny Pacquiao, but for some reason Floyd doesn't really want that fight and is using an excuse to get out of it. Floyd can't use the drug testing, because Manny has agreed to it. Floyd can't use the bigger percentage, because Manny has agreed to it, so floyd has got desperate. Floyd now was saying Bob Arum has to be no part of the negotions, knowing that Bob Arum could never agree to such demand. Floyd wants May 2nd because he knows he can't get past Manny ( DUCKING) in the negotions, because Manny would accept everything in Floyd's favour, so instead he's gone for the promoter that he knows Manny is loyal to. Floyd knew that May 2nd is very important to Bob Arum in regards to Canello and Cotto so Floyd chose that date knowing it'll make it difficult for Bob Arum. Floyd could choose any date, but chose that date for a very good reason, to hurt Bob Arum, which in turn makes it more difficult making the Pacquaio. Floyd is now getting desperate in avoiding Pacquiao to a point where even a certain date is make or break.

I would favour Floyd, but if he himself doesn't believe he can beat Manny, then the chances are, he won't.

but during the first round of negotiations he never brought up bob arum as an issue it was only after the events of 2011 after marquez 3 to mid feb of 2012 when bob arum threw up some of the most laughable roadblocks such as cuts that wont heal for floyd but would for others

Floyds next demand is 5mill. Per punch landed penalty against pac. On top of that, pac cant exceed more than 2 punches thrown per round.
