Whether Mayweather wants to fight for charity or not is irrelevant.
Mayweather can embarass Pacquiao by simply at the end of a sucessful negotiation between the two if it comes to that.
Mayweather can then publicly state in the first press conference, "lets all give a round of applause to Manny Pacquiao, he'd giving up his full fight purse to charity, aint that right Manny?"

I can imagine the look on Pacquiao's face if Mayweather rightfully spoke up about that.

I'm sure Pacquiao is a charitable man, I have no doubt he has a good heart and loves to help people, but get serious here people, we all know he's not serious about donating his fight purse against Mayweather to charity.

A rightful man does'nt just say it, he does it.
He does'nt need to have Mayweather donate his share, he can just donate his own.
